The activities of Nairana are designed to help the young men that attend develop a strong vision of their future, starting now, for without a vision there can be no leadership. We aim to inspire in the boys noble ideals: aiming high and reaching their potential, using their talents for the service of others, and making a difference in society.

The Duke of Edinburgh Awards Programme, the Watershed Programme and the various overseas volunteer service projects (‘workcamps’) which are run through Nairana provide first-rate opportunities for students to take responsibility, initiative and lead by example.
