Nairana Study Centre is a purpose-built facility in Pennant Hills, 5 minutes walk from Pennant Hills railway station. Facilities in the centre are offered for particular activities:

A library and two study rooms are available for quiet individual study. On school days and weekends, these rooms are supervised by a tutor.

A Catholic chapel provides a place for personal reflection, short talks by the chaplain and the sacrament of reconciliation. At Christmas and other times during the year, families of students are welcome to attend Mass in the centre’s chapel.

Several lounge and meeting rooms are sites for talks, classes and gatherings.

The basement of the centre has five work areas for hobbies, including a multi-media suite.
